1 bottle Lawry’s Steak and Chop Marinade
2 pkg. Mushrooms
Corn on Cobs, cut into 1/3 pieces
Sweet MINI Bell Peppers
Fresh Cut Carrots (I used crinkle cut)
Butter Flavor Cooking Spray
Course Black Pepper
For Serving (Optional, choose): Sour Cream, Salsa, Ketchup, Prepped Horseradish Sauce, Steak Sauce.
Gently Wash and Marinade JUST the Mushrooms About 2 hours. Butter Flavor Cooking Spray Aluminum Pan. Line bottom with Asparagus, add in Rest, TOPPING with Mushrooms last. Sprinkle with Pepper. Best on Charcoal Grill. Cook til soft. Tossing occasionally, we only needed to do once. Optional to serve with Sauce or Nothing.
We like it alone. Some like it with Sour Cream and Salsa. Some, Horseradish. Some Ketchup and Sour Cream. Some Steak Sauce and Sour Cream.
Notes: You can amp this up with Meats. But, we wanted a Vegi Dish. Was AWESOME!

Fingerling Potatoes, halved
Green Beans, ends cut, halved
Olive Oil or Butter
Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Add all to foil. Drizzle with Oil/Butter, toss. Season, WELL (A alot), with Lemon Pepper Seasoning. Grill.
Chicken Marinade (1+hours) *Optional:
Red Wine Vinegar
McCormick’s Montreal CHICKEN Seasoning
In a ziploc bag (Or bowl) season each side of chicken with seasoning. Put in about 5 good splashes of Red Wine Vinegar. Marinade 1, or so, hour(s). I marinaded 4-5 hours.
1 Red Pepper
1 Green Pepper
1 Garlic Clove, minced
Desired amount of Zucchini, halved/deseeded/sliced
1 Celery *Optional
1/8tsp TO 1/4tsp Sea Salt
1c TO 2c Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 jar Garlic Onion Tomato Spaghetti Sauce
Grated Parmesan Cheese (Store shelf kind)
Shakes of Dried Parsley
Shakes of Pepper
Cut Chicken into tenderloin sizes (Width wise). Marinade.
Preheat oven to 450.
Cut vegis, lay in BUTTER FLAVORED COOKING SPRAYED dish. Sprinkle with Sea Salt.
Heat a LITTLE Extra Virgin Olive Oil in skillet. Once to a GOOD SIZZLE, add chicken. Cook on Med.-High heat about 3 minutes on EACH side. Lay over Vegis.
Mix sauce and cheese. Top over chicken. Top with Tomatoes. Sprinkle, WELL, with Parm. Cheese. Sprinkle with Parsley and Pepper. Bake 450 for 25minutes.

Slab of Steak, sliced into strips
1 Beef Broth Cube
1/2c Oyster Sauce
1/8 tsp Sesame Seed Oil
A dash of Black Course Pepper
About 4-5 Mushrooms, sliced
1 12oz bag Asian Vegi Mix (I used Steam Fresh Asian Medley kind. Any will do)
Rice (I cook mine with crushed beef broth cube in microwave.) *Optional
Butter Flavored Cooking Spray Crockpot. Add in cube, water, steak, oyster sauce, sesame oil, pepper, onion, and mushrooms. Cook on low 4-6 hours. Add in vegi mix last 30min – hour. Serve by itself, on top of ALREADY prepared rice, or over mashed potatoes.
