– Per Person/Serving:
3 pieces Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Bar (Rectangle pieces)
2-3 scoops Neapolitan Ice Cream
3T Favorite Chocolate Milk, or to desire
1/4tsp Brown Sugar
1/4tsp Cocoa Powder
In a small Blender, add in Chocolate Pieces. Blend, to break up small. Add in Milk, Sugar, Cocoa Powder, and Ice Cream (Try to get somewhat equal parts of Van., Choc., Straw.). Blend til smooth and Soft. Top with Whip Cream and Cherries (Optional). Or Toppings of Choice.
A different take on Chex Mix and Rice Crispy Treats. A Unique, yet, Excellent Salty with Sweet Flavor that Everyone Enjoyed!
1tsp Soy Sauce
2tsp Light Corn Syrup
1.5T melted Butter (I used Salted)
1tsp Vanilla Extract
1tsp packed Brown Sugar
1/4tsp + 1/8tsp Sea Salt
1/8tsp Garam Masala
3/4c EACH Chex Cereal: Rice, Wheat, Corn
1/2c broken Salted Pretzels
1c Theater Butter Popcorn, popped
1.5T Butter (Salted)
THEN ADD: 2T Chocolate Chips, 2T Craisins
Mix top 8 ingredients. Heat Skillet. LIGHTLY toss Chex Mix, Pretzels, and Popcorn. Right before adding Chex Mixture to Skillet, toss with Sauce (1st 8 ingredients). Heat on LOW heat for about 10, or so, minutes (Be sure to not burn, LIGHT stir).
When about done heating Chex Mixture- Melt 1.5T Butter, stir in Marshmallows. Microwave til melted. Fold in Mashmallow/Butter into Chex Mixture. Mix well. Add in Chocolate Chips and Craisins. Mix more.
Then I Butter Flavor Cooking Spray 2 Plastic Sandwich Bags, Place onto hands, as mits. And, SQUEEZE, tightly, the mixture into Ball Shapes, sizes desired. Allow to cool. Cover. Even Better the next day!!! (I always make earlier or night before).
You can very well use sticks of some sort to make Lollipop shapes, using stick shaped food (HARD thick Pretzels or just skewers).
