Cheesin Brocks in a Bowl (Cheesy Broccoli Soup)

1T Butter + Some to rub crock
5 Chicken Broth Cubes + 5c Water
1 lb. Frozen Chopped Broccoli
Small Onion
1 SMALL Carrot, grated
2T Grated Parmesan Cheese (Store shelf kind)
1/4tsp Pepper
1/8tsp Nutmeg
1/8tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/4tsp Mustard Powder
1/8tsp Garlic Powder
1/8tsp Sea Salt
4oz. Velveeta, cubed (Last hour)
Nicely filled 1.5c Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese (Last hour)
1c TO 1.5c Carnation Evaporated Milk (Last hour)
1c Medium Shell Noodles (Add once cheese is melted)*

Lightly Butter Crock. Add all, EXCEPT cheeses and evaporated milk. Last hour, about, add in cheese. Once it’s melted, add in noodles.
*Noodles are optional. You can choose to serve with garlic toast, in bread bowls, or with noodles… As we do.

Louisiana Hot Chicken Drum Soup

If you like a bite with heat, you’ll love this soup!
4 Chicken Legs (1lb), Bone-on, Skin removed (Or pulled back)
5 Chicken Broth Cubes + 5c Water
1 Packet WISHBONE Ranch Seasoning/Dip Mix *See NOTES
1/3c Louisiana Hot Sauce
1/8c Grated Parm. Cheese (Store shelf kind)
2T Salted Butter
1 can Stewed Tomatoes, drained
1 can Butter Beans, drained
1/2 Red Pepper (Optional)
1 Carrot, shredded
1/2c Celery
1 Onion
1c Spinach, chopped
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/8 tsp Sea Salt
1/8 tsp Dill Weed
1/2c Heavy Whipping Cream (Add later)

Butter Flavor Cooking Spray Crock. Add all, except Cream. Shred chicken, REMOVE ALL BONES and add creamer 1 hour prior to serving.
Notes: Using another brand will alter taste.

Mr.Bean’s Spicy Side (Spicy Black Bean Soup)

3-4 Frozen Chicken Breasts
1 WISHBONE Ranch Seasoning Packet (Use wishbone, or may alter taste.)
2 cans Black Beans w/Jalapeno in Lime juice, slightly drained *See Notes
5c + 1/3c Water
5 Chicken Broth Cubes
1/2c Salsa
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1/2c Frozen Corn
1 small Onion, chopped
2tsp Parmesan Cheese (Store shelf kind)
1/4tsp Chili Powder
1/4tsp Cumin Powder
1/8tsp TO 1/4tsp Coriander (I use 1/4)
3/4tsp Dill Weed
1/4tsp Red Pepper Flakes
4oz. 1/3Fat Cream Cheese (Add last 1.5hr)

Butter Flavor Cooking Spray Crock. Add all ingredients, EXCEPT Cream Cheese. Add Cream Cheese last hour to 1.5 hour.
*Notes: You can try regular black beans, drained. And no red pepper flakes to cut, or lower, spiciness.

Poppin Peno (Jalapeno Popper Soup)

2 Frozen Chicken Breasts
1 can Cream of Chicken
6 Turkey Bacon Slices, browned and crumbled
4 Chicken Broth Cubes + 4c Water
3 large Jalapenos, SEEDED + 1/4tsp seeds
1/2c Corn
1 small Onion
1T Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Louisiana Hot Sauce
1tsp Dijon Mustard
1/4 tsp Mustard Powder
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/8tsp Cayenne Powder
1/16tsp TO 1/8tsp Sea Salt
2T Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/3c Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese (Add last 1.5hr)
1 pkg. 1/3 Fat Cream Cheese (Add last 1.5hr)

Butter Flavor Cooking Spray Crock. Add all, EXCEPT Shredded Cheese and Cream Cheese. Last 1.5 hour, add in those. I turn my crock to warm when I add the shredded and cream cheese.

General Tay’s Chicken Soup (General Tso Soup)

3 Frozen Chicken Breasts
5 Chicken Broth Cubes + 5c Water
1/4 tsp + 1/8 tsp Sesame Seed Oil
1/2 tsp White Sugar
1T Rice Vinegar
1T White Wine
1/4c Soy Sauce
1/4c + 1/8c Apricot Preserve
1 Carrot, grated
2-3 Garlic Cloves, crushed
1.5c Frozen Broccoli (SKIP if frozen vegis below have this)
1/4 tsp Ginger Powder
1.5 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/16 tsp Sea Salt
1 bag Frozen Stir Fry Vegis OR Asian Medley (Add last hour)
1/4c Brown Rice (Last 35min. – Hour. Enough time to cook)

Butter Flavor Cooking Spray Crock. Add all in, EXCEPT Rice and Vegis. Cook on low 6 hours. Within last hour, add rest.
*Next time I’d like to try Ramen noodles broken (Season Pkt tossed), or similar noodle, instead of rice.

Awesomecado Soup (Avocado Soup)

2 Frozen Chicken Breast
1/4 tsp Olive Oil
6c Water
6 Chicken Broth Cubes
1.5 tsp Lemon Juice (Store shelf kind)
2 Avocados, diced
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1/4 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Parsley
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/16 tsp Sea Salt
1/8 tsp Lawry’s Seasonal Salt
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 Onion Powder
1/8 tsp Thyme
1/4 tsp Dill Weed
1/2c canned Southwest Corn (Corn, Red Peppers, Green Peppers), drained
1c canned Black Beans

LIGHTLY butter crock. Add all ingredients. Cook on low about 6 hours. Eat Plain, with tsp. of sour cream, and/or with fresh diced tomatoes.

Not So Corny, Corny Soup (Corn Soup)

Two versions to this soup.

6c Chicken Broth
1T Butter
2.5 tsp Chili Powder
1/4c Cilantro, chopped
1 tsp Chives, minced
1/4c Parmesan Cheese
1 can MexiCorn (Southwest corn), drained
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1/2 tsp Lemon Grass, minced
2 Corn on Cobs, decorned (Save cobs for soup)
A little under 1/4 tsp Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
1/16 Sea Salt
—Version 2, add all above plus:
1 tsp MORE Chili Powder (Total 3.5tsp)
1.5 TO 2T Mayo (Add at end)
4 oz. Cream Cheese (Add later)

Decorn cobs (Add to crock), add rest of ingredients to crock, INCLUDING COBS. Cook on low 4-6 hours. Remove cobs. If doing version 2: Remove cobs. Add in mayo and cream cheese last 30-40 minutes prior to serving. Stir frequently til cream cheese is smooth.
Our home is split on version preference. I prefer version 1.
Note: Once done, you can choose to blend smooth, as well, to make a smooth-ish and creamy soup more suitable to your liking.

Rancheria Soup For Me-ah (Chicken Ranch Soup)

3 Frozen Chicken Breasts
6c Water
6 Chicken Broth Cubes
1c Frozen Broccoli Cuts
1c Baby Carrots, halved
3 PACKED cups Spinach, cut
1 Onion, chopped
1/2 can Corn WITH Peppers, drained
1 can Black Beans WITH Jalapeno in Lime Juice, drained well
1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/8 tsp Dried Dill Weed
1 PACKET Ranch Dressing Seasoning (We used Wish Bone brand. Could alter taste if other)
1/2c Heavy Whipping Cream (Add later)

Spray crock with butter flavored cooking spray. Add all ingredients, except Heavy Cream. Cook on low 4-6 hours. Add in creamer about 30-40 minutes prior to serving.

Fantastica Zuppa! (Italian Soup)

1/2lb Ground Mild Sausage
1 large Frozen Boneless Chicken Breast
6c Water
6 Chicken Broth Cubes
Onion, chopped
1c Chopped Frozen Broccoli
1c Baby Carrots, halved
1/2c Frozen Corn
3 PACKED cups Kale, cut up and de-stemed
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1tsp Lemon Grass, minced tiny (Use Scissors)
1/16 tsp Sea Salt
1/4tsp Red Pepper Flakes (More for spicy)
1 Italian Dressing Season Packet

Butter Flavor Cooking Spray skillet. Saute onions, then garlic, then brown sausage in it. Butter Flavor Cooking Spray Crock. Add in meat mixture. Add rest of ingredients to crock. Cook on low 5-6 hours.
Note: You can choose to deglaze skillet, meat cooked in, with 1 of the 6 cups of water. Add water to crock.

Kapusta Soup

1.5c TO 2c Pork Chops (After de-fatted and cubed)
4 slices Bacon, cut up
1/2 lb. Turkey Sausage Link
1 14 oz. can Sauerkraut, drained
1 can Stewed Tomatoes, entire can
1 can Butter Beans, drained
4 chicken broth cubes
3 cups + 1 cup water
1 T Caraway Seeds
1T Brown Sugar
2 large Garlic Cloves, minced
1/2 Head Cabbage, chopped
1 Pkg. Mushroom, sliced
1.25c Red Apple (After cored and cubed)
1 Onion, chopped
1 cup Red Potato, diced
1 Carrot, grated
2 Celery Stalks, sliced

Butter Flavor Cooking Spray crock. In skillet sprayed with cooking spray, brown meat (You don’t have to cook it, just brown sides). Add meat to crock. Add 1 cup of water to skillet (One you cooked meat in). Turn heat back on. Deglaze pan, stirring to get all meat flavors left behind. Add to crock. Add rest of ingredients. Cook low for 6-8 hours. Serve each bowl with 1tsp sour cream (Optional)

Gobble Up Soup (Turkey Dill and Sage Soup)

1/2 lb Turkey Meatballs – Or 2-3 large turkey drumsticks (Which is my fav.)
4c Water
4 Chicken Broth Cubes
2 cans CAMPBELL’S Cream of Potato *SEE NOTES
1.5c Potatoes, diced
1.5c Carrots, sliced
1c plump full Mushrooms, sliced (Optional)
1c Celery
1 small Onion, chopped
1.5c Frozen Corn, thawed
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Fresh Cracked Pepper
1/16 tsp Sea Salt
1T Dried Dill Weed
1/2 tsp Dried Sage Powder
1/8 tsp Celery Seed

Add all to crock. Cook low 6-8 hours. If using drumsticks, remove, de-meat bones, add back to crock.
*Notes: I used generic brand cream of potato, wasn’t as tasty. You can also try 1 can cream of potato with 1 can cream of celery.

Mean Green Soup Machine (Chorizo Caldo Verde)

2 Frozen Chicken Breasts
1/2 lb Chorizo Sausage
4c Kale, chopped
1 med./lrg.Onion, chopped
3 Garlic Cloves, minced (About 1T PLUS 2tsp)
1T PLUS 1tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5c PLUS 1c Water
6 Chicken Broth Cubes
1/8c Fresh Cilantro, chopped
1 tsp Dried Parsley
1 tsp TO 1.5 tsp Dried Mint
1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/16 tsp Sea Salt
1/2c Salsa

In Skillet, heat 1T olive oil. Cook Onions, Garlic, and Sausage. Spray Crock with Butter Flavored Cooking Spray. Add cooked sausage mixture. Add 1c water to same skillet (To Deglaze), continue to heat skillet, to get all those juices/flavors left behind, about 30seconds. Pour into crock. Add all other ingredients to crock, including 1tsp Olive Oil. Cook on low 6-8 hours.

Uncivilized Chick N Rice Soup (Chicken and Wild Rice Soup)

2 nice size Frozen Chicken Breast
1/2T Butter
1.5c Mushroom, sliced
1c Celery
1c Fresh Carrots, sliced
1 Onion, chopped large
6c Water + 6 Chicken Broth Cubes
1 can Cream of Mushroom
1/2 tsp Dried Parsley
1/4 tsp Fresh Cracked Pepper
1/2 tsp Curry
1/8c White Wine
1 7 oz. box Zatarain’s New Orleans Style Long Grain & Wild Mix (Add later)

LIGHTLY butter crock with a little butter. Add all ingredients, EXCEPT Zatarin’s Rice. Cook on LOW 5-6 hours, stirring occasionally. Add ENTIRE contents of boxed Zatarain’s Rice about last 1.5-2 hours.
Another version:
Same recipe, replace boxed Zatarain’s WITH 1c of non-seasoned wild rice mix.

Tay’s White Saucy Ravioli (Alfredo Ravioli Soup)

2 jars favorite Alfredo Sauce
3c Water
3 Chicken Broth Cubes
1lb Ground Turkey, cooked (I season w/ Garlic Powder & Onion Powder)
1/2c Grated Parm. & Romano Cheese Mix (Shelf kind. Reg. Parm. works, too)
1c Spinach, chopped
1/4c White Wine
2c Mushrooms, sliced
1 Onion, chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1T Butter
1/4 tsp Black Course Pepper
10 oz. 4 Cheese Ravioli

Butter Crockpot. Add ingredients, EXCEPT Ravioli. Cook on low 4-5 hours. Add in ravioli 45minutes prior to serving.
Note: I wanted to use Jennie-O Ground Turkey Sausage, but got regular instead. Turned out great.

Ravioli that Split (Tay’s Pea Ravioli with hint of Lemon)

1/2 lb Turkey Smoked Sausage Link, sliced
1c Dried Split Peas
1 Carrot, GRATED
1/2 Onion, chopped
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1 tsp Lemon Grass Stalk, minced TINY (Use Scissors!)
1/2 tsp Oregano
1c frozen Peas, thawed (Optional)
10 oz 4 Cheese Ravioli

Spray Crockpot with Butter Flavored Cooking Spray. Add all, EXCEPT ravioli AND frozen peas. Cook on low 4-5 hours. Add in Ravioli and peas about 45minutes prior to being done. Allow to cool slightly to thicken.

Fiesta Fajita Soup

4 Frozen Chicken Breast or a small slab of cow, steak, cut up.
5c Water
5 Chicken Broth Cubes
1 can Cream of Chicken
1 can Black Beans (Jalapeno with Lime kind), mostly drained
1c Salsa
1c Frozen Corn
1 Onion
1 Green Pepper
1 Red Pepper
2 tsp Fresh Garlic Gloves (2 Cloves), minced
1 good Fajita Seasoning Pkt. (McCormick)
1/4c Grated Parmesan & Romano Cheese (Store shelf kind)
1/4 to 1/2 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/8 tsp Course Black Pepper
1/2c Rice (Add later)
1/2c to 1c Half and Half (Add later)

Butter spray crockpot. Add everything, except rice. Cook low 5-6 hours. Near end, add rice. Cook til soft. Add in half and half. Serve with a tablespoon sour cream and sprinkle of cheese. If you’re a salty… Tostitos or Fritos!
*Optional: Too much of a bite for your liking? Try adding more broth or water.

Drunken Cheese in a Bowl (Beer Cheese Soup)

1T Butter + Lil for rubbing crockpot
4 Chicken Broth Cubes + 4 cups Water
1 can Beer (We used Lite Miller… Pilsner)
1 can Cream of CELERY (On accident I got FAT FREE, was great!)
2 Celery Stalks, sliced
3/4c Mushroom, sliced
2 smaller Potatoes, diced
1 Large Carrot, grated
1 Onion, chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
10 oz. cubed VELVEETA Cheese
1/4c Grated Parmesan & Romano Blend (Stuff on store shelf) **See notes
.5 lb Turkey Smoked Sausage Link, sliced
1T Worcestershire
1 tsp Louisiana Hot Sauce
1 tsp Dry Mustard Powder
1/4 tsp Course Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Paprika
A smidge less than 1/8 tsp Cayenne
1/4c Heavy Creamer (Add later)

Rub Crock with butter. Add all, EXCEPT heavy creamer. Cook on LOW or WARM for 4-6 hours. Stirring frequently. About 30 minutes before serving, add Heavy Creamer. Serve ALONE or with sliced Jalapenos, or crumbled bacon, or popcorn.

**Notes: You can use the regular shelf kind Grated Parmesan, without Romano.

Soup? OCay Jun! (Cajun Chicken Kielbasa & Shrimp Soup)

2 cups V8 Juice- BLOODY MARY KIND!!!
2 Chicken Broth Cubes
2 cups Water (1.5 + .5)
1 can Tomatoes (Basil Oregano Kind), entire can
2 can CREAM STYLE Corn, entire can
1 PACKED cup Spinach, chopped
1 Onion, chopped (Save half)
1 Celery, sliced long way, then sliced
2 Garlic Cloves, minced (Save half)
1/4 tsp Course Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Cajun (I use McCormick)
1/8 tsp Cayenne Powder *Optional- It’s got a spice, as is.
1 tsp Dried Parsley *Optional (To be honest, don’t remember if I added this?!)
.5 lb Turkey Kielbasa Link, sliced
2-3 Chicken Breast
.5 lb Shrimp

Nicely Butter Crockpot. Nicely butter skillet. Sautee half chopped onions and half garlic. Add in shrimp and link. Cook til link browns. Add to crockpot. Add .5c water into skillet to loosen/ Deglaze pan. Add to crock. Add in rest of ingredients. Cook low 4-6 hours. Shred chicken. Serve.
*I’m sure you can just throw all into the crockpot.

Loose as Cream Corn Soup (Creamed Corn & Chicken Soup)

4 Chicken Broth Cubes
3c Water
2 cans Cream Style Corn
2-3 Frozen Chicken Breast
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1c celery
1 Onion, chopped
1c Carrots
1c Spinach, chopped
1/4 tsp Black Course Pepper
1/16 Sea Salt
1 tsp Dried Parsley
1c Frozen Peas (Add Later)
Spray Crockpot with Butter Flavored Cooking Spray. Add all. Cook 4-6 hours. Add peas 30minutes prior to being done. Allow to cool some before serving.
*Update: Leftovers. I drained juices (Gave to chickens on that cold day). Mixed with Cream of Chicken. Threw into buttered pan. Cooked for about 25minutes on 350. Layered top with crescents. Baked at 400 for time given. YUM!

Lemony Soupket (Lemon Chicken Noodle Soup)

3-4 Frozen Chicken Breast
4 Cups Water
4 Chicken Broth Cubes
2 Celery Stalks
1.5c Carrots, sliced
1 cup Frozen Peas (Add Later)
1 Onion
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
3 Fresh Lemon Grass, minced
1/4 tsp Course Black Pepper
1/2 T Dried Parsley
1/16 to 1/8 tsp Sea Salt
1/2c Egg Noodles
1/2 T Lemon Juice *Optional (Add later) (I use fridge kind. This may make it too LEMONY for your taste! But, then again, it is lemon soup!)
1/2c Heavy Creamer

Butter crockpot. Add in all EXCEPT egg noodles, lemon JUICE, and heavy creamer. Cook on low or warm for 4-6 hours. Cut up chicken. Add in noodles. Once noodles are tender, add in lemon juice and creamer (I suggest adding creamer first, allow to sit a minute then taste test to decide on more lemon flavor. If wanted THEN add in lemon juice.). Allow flavors to blend about 15-20minutes on warm. Serve.
Also, you can skip both the lemon juice and creamer, if you choose.

COOCOO NUTS Shrimp and Crab Soup (Coconut Shrimp and Crab)

1/8 tsp Sesame Seed Oil
1c Mushroom, sliced
1 small Onion, Chopped
1 Carrot, grated
1/2 Orange Bell Pepper, chopped
1/2 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
1T Oyster Sauce
1T Soy Sauce
1.5T Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1T Lemon Grass, Fresh Herb, Minced
3 Chicken Broth Cubes
3c Water
1 can Unsweetened Coconut Milk (About 14oz)
1/2 lb Shrimp, detailed and deveined
1c packed with Crab Meat (I used imitation)
Add all to crockpot. Cook on low 4 hours. Serve.

Ch-GEEZ WHIZ! (Cheesy Brat and Vegetables)

1/2 lb Turkey Link, Smoked Sausage (Favorite for this meal). Or use Brats of choice.
1 15oz jar Cheez Whiz (Or Great Value Cheesy Dip Mock)
2 cans Cream of Celery, undiluted. Entire can.
1/4 tsp Course Black Pepper
1/2 onion, chopped
About 1c frozen Peas
About 1c Carrots, sliced
About 1c frozen Corn
About 1-2c frozen Broccoli
1 LARGE potato, diced

Spray crockpot with butter flavored cooking spray. Cut link in half long way, then slice in half (Moons), or diced. Add in all ingredients. Cook on low 4-5 hours, stirring occasionally (Cheese will stick to side). Serve alone, with, or under biscuits. Next time I make this, I’m curious how a few cups of chicken broth would make this taste? A cheesy soup.

Spa-ghett-A-Bout-It Soup (Spaghetti Soup)

4 cups Water
4 Chicken Broth Cubes (Beef Broth Cubes will work)
1 24oz. jar FAVORITE Spaghetti Sauce (I used Rinaldi)
1 can Tomatoes (Basil Oregano kind), entire can
1 tsp Parsley
1/8 tsp Course Pepper
1 Onion, chopped
1 Green Pepper, chopped
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1 small Carrot, grated
1lb Ground Turkey, browned (Sausage or Beef can be used)
1 cup Egg Noodles
Cook turkey, I season as I cook- Pinch Sea Salt, Onion Powder, Pepper, few dashes of Oregano, and few dashes of Parsley.
Spray crock with butter flavored cooking spray. Add all ingredients.
Cook low 4-5 hours. Add in noodles. Serve when soft. TOP with grated Parmasean Cheese.
*Note: A friend likes to add a half can of tomato soup. But, this defeats the “Soup” intention!

Aloha Soup-Ah (Hawaiian Soup)

4 Chicken Broth Cubes
1 can Pineapple Chunks, drained
1 can Tomatoes (Basil Oregano kind, or Stewed), entire can
1 Green Pepper
1 Onion
1 tsp Oregano
1/8 tsp Onion Powder
Grated Parmesan
1 cup Ham, diced
6 oz. Canadian Bacon, MINCED

LIGHTLY oil skillet. Brown up meat. Spray crock with cooking spray. Add all ingredients- EXCEPT Parmesan. Cook on low 5-6 hours. Add in 1 tsp parmesan per bowl (Optional). Serve.

Borscht Smorscht! Soup (Borscht)

2 Carrots, grated.
2 large Potatoes, diced.
1/2 Green Pepper, chopped.
Med. Onion, diced.
1 large Beet + 2 small Beets, halved (Will peel skin off later)
1 can Oregano Garlic Basil Diced Tomatoes. UNDRAINED, entire can.
1 can Light Kidney Beans (Juices half drained, rest added to crockpot)
6 Chicken Broth Cubes + 6 cups Water
1 Tablespoon Dill Weed
1/4 tsp Course Pepper
2 tsp Lemon Juice (Use bottled kind)
3 Tablespoons Ketchup
Pinch Sea Salt (1/16 tsp)
3 cups bagged Coleslaw Mix
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream (Add LATER)

BUTTER crockpot generously. Add all ingredients, EXCEPT Cream! Cook til beets are done (Able to pierce with a knife). Remove beets and remove skin. Matchstick cut a large beet worth, add BACK into crockpot. Discard remainder beets. Cook the rest of time. Total cooking 4-6 hrs. Add in heavy whipping cream before serving, stir.
***This soup version of Borscht is delicious! EVEN better the next day!!!

Popeye the Sailor Man’s Soup (Spinach Soup)

.5 lb. Turkey Kielbasa Link (We’ve tried Turkey Kielbasa Link, Smoked Sausage, etc. All were tasty, but turkey kielbasa link’s the best for us!)
2 nice size Frozen Boneless Chicken Breast
3 cups Water (Up to 6c worth)
3 Chicken Broth Cubes (Up to 6c worth)
1 cup Mild Salsa
1/4 cup dried Parsley (1/2 cup if fresh)
3 cloves Garlic, minced.
1 medium Onion, diced.
1 Celery, sliced long way, then sliced into slices.
1 cup dry Green Lentils (We have improvised w/ 15 bean or barley. Tho, lentil’s best, it still worked in a pinch.)
1 15oz can Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans), drained.
1 16oz bag FRESH Spinach Leaves, chopped.

Spray crockpot with butter flavored cooking spray. Add all ingredients to crockpot and cook 4-6 hours.
**This recipe is quite thick. If you want a more soup texture, ADD more water and broth cubes (Equal each). Maybe 5-6cups chicken broth total, instead of 3. If decided later into cooking that it needs more, remember to cook more, after adding. To allow flavors to blend.

Fungi Soup (Mushroom Soup) – Only Soup a Fun Guy can Get a Life and Grow Up!

1/2 Tablespoon Butter
2 cups Chopped Onions
1 lb. Fresh Mushrooms, sliced thick
2 teaspoons Dried Dill Weed
1 Tablespoon Paprika
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
2 cups of Water
2 Chicken Broth Cubes
1 can Cream of Mushroom
1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/2 teaspoon Course Black Pepper
2 teaspoons Lemon Juice (The container concentrate, with added ingredients, kind.)
1/8 cup Parsley (dried)
Some top each served bowl with a 1/2 tsp of Sour Cream. I prefer it without.

LIGHTLY rub crockpot with butter. Add ingredients. Cook 4-6 hours.

Tay’s Tickle Your Pickle Soup (Smooth and Hearty Dill Soup)

7 Chicken Broth Cubes + 7 cups Water
1 can Cream of Chicken
1/2 lb Turkey Kielbasa link. Cut long way, then sliced.
1/2 cup Jarred Dill Pickle. Peeled, most seeds removed. Minced.
4 Tablespoons Pickle Juice from the Pickle Jar
2 Tablespoons Onion, minced
1 cup Celery, cut long way, then sliced
3/4 cup TO 1 cup of Frozen Peas (Thawed!)
2 Tablespoons White Sugar
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 teaspoons Garlic, minced
2 teaspoons Onion Powder
1/4 + 1/8 tsp sea salt
2 teaspoon Dill Weed (Dried)
1 teaspoon Curry Powder
Nice 1/4 tsp Course Black Pepper
About 2 cups Egg Noodles or similar noodle (Add Later)
2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream (Add Later)

LIGHTLY rub crock pot with butter. Add all, EXCEPT kielbasa, peas, and creamer. Cook on LOW for a total of 4-5 hours, stir occasionally. Halfway through cooking add peas and Turkey Kielbasa.
About 30 minutes before cooking is done add heavy whipping cream. Then turn heat to Warm, add noodles. Stir and Serve right away when noodles are tender.

*People usually think “PICKLES?”. Trust me, don’t leave that out, or the pickle juice! Otherwise it’ll lack in flavor. I have pickle nay sayers loving this soup.

Tay’s Tickle Your Pickle Soup (Smooth & Creamy Dill Soup)

7 Chicken Broth Cubes
7 cups Water
1 can Cream of Chicken
1/2 cup jarred Dill Pickle, peeled and MINCED. Get most, if not all, seeds out.
4 Tablespoons Pickle Juice from the Pickle Jar
2T Yellow Onion (Any kind will work), minced
1 cup Celery (Cut long way, then slice)
2 teaspoons Garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons White Sugar
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 teaspoons Onion Powder
1/4 + 1/8 tsp Sea Salt
2 teaspoon Dill Weed (Dried)
1 teaspoon Curry Powder
Nice sized 1/4 tsp course black pepper
2 cups warmed Heavy Whipping Cream… BEFORE SERVING

Rub crockpot slightly with Butter, not a lot. Cook on low 4-6 hours, stir occasionally. Add in heavy cream about 15 minutes before serving.

This is the NEW Tomato Soup! I served this with Pesto & Tomato Grilled Cheese Sandwich. Good Ol fashioned Grilled Cheese works Great, too. This is version 1. The other is Coming on Next Post. Even better!

Lets Split! Soup (Split Pea Soup)

6 Chicken Broth Cubes + 6c Water
2c Vegetable Broth
1 bag Dried Split Peas
1/2 – 1 lb. Turkey Kielbasa Link (*See notes)
3 Potatoes, diced
1.5c TO 2c Celery
2c Fresh Carrots, sliced
2 sm. Onions, chopped
1 large Garlic Clove, minced
1/2 TO 3/4tsp Course Black Pepper (We use 3/4. 1st time making, try 1/2 tsp)
1tsp Garlic Powder
1tsp Dried Oregano
1tsp Dried Parsley (1 TBSP if fresh)

Butter Flavor Cooking Spray crock pot. Add ingredients, cook 4-6 hours, or so.

Notes: For Vegi Broth, most the time I use 2 cups worth of Vegi Cubes + Water. Turkey Link is Best for us. I’ve also used: Smoked Sausage Beef Link. Which was amazing, as well. Ham can be used (May need to alter amount – Not 1lb. Maybe 1c TO 2c)
Cutting Calories? If you don’t mind Slight More Soupy (Which is still DELICIOUS!): Keep Liquid the same, only add HALF a bag of Dried Split Peas, and only add HALF of the Kielbasa Link (If I use 1/2lb. of Link, I quarter the long way, then cut/slice).

Jack O Lantern & Sweet Potato Soup

4 cups water
4 chicken broth cubes
2 cups sweet potato cut up
small onion
1 cups celery
1 cups carrots
1 teaspoon curry
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon course pepper
1 cup of canned Libbys Pumpkin Mix (The just add egg and milk stuff)
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon ginger
1/2 lb. Sausage link, cut up. Our preference is using the Apple Gouda Sausage kind (Best version of this soup, I believe) Or we’ve also used a Turkey Kielbasa Link
Spray crockpot with Butter Spray cooking spray. Throw all in crockpot. Cook 4-6 hours.
*We have yet to try reg. canned pumpkin in this. I’m sure it might be delicious. I just had Libby’s and thought, why not try er out. It was good, so I just stuck with that.

Toscana O’Man-Ah! Soup – Nice kick to it!

1 lb Jennie-O Breakfast TURKEY Sausage Mild
6 slices of Turkey Bacon
5 medium russet potatoes
2 c Kale, chopped n packed
1 c Heavy Whipping Cream
4c Chicken Broth Cubes
4c Water
1 large Onion
4 cloves of Garlic, minced
2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 tsp Course Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
Crisp bacon, then COOK SAUSAGE in leftover grease. Spray Crockpot with Butter Flavored Cooking Spray. Add all ingredients EXCEPT heavy whipping cream. Cook 4-6 hours. Add in heavy whipping cream and heat til warm. Serve.

Keto? I up the amount of Kale. Skip Potatoes and add: Carrots, 1/4c White Beans (Drained well), and 1c Rutabaga (Cubed)… (Other Vegis are Optional)

The Reason the Chicken Didn’t Cross the Road Soup (tTt’s Chicken Noodle Soup)

No Need to Look Any Further… You Just Found the One And Only Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe KEEPER!

12 cups of Water
12 Chicken Broth Cubes
Few good shakes of Basil (About 1/2 TBSP Dried)
Few good shakes of Oregano (About 1/2 TBSP Dried)
Few good shakes of Course Ground Pepper (About 1/4 tsp)
Palm full chopped FRESH Italian Parsley (About 1/4 cup*)
4 frozen Chicken Breasts (Average size from 3lb. bag)
Cook chicken and above seasoning in broth until chicken is done.
Cut chicken into pieces, return to pot
Add in:
3 carrots
3 celery sticks
2 small/medium onions, cut to desired size
1 cup chopped Spinach *Optional
1c Mushrooms *Optional
1/2c Peas *Optional, we add same time noodles
Cook until veggies are soft.
Then add 1/2 lb. Egg Noodles, cook until done.

* For Dried/Fresh Ratio, we use half the amount dried to the full amount fresh. 
Example: 2T Fresh = 1T Dried.

Kielbasa and Sauerkraut Dill Soup

4-5 Chicken Broth Cubes + 4-5c of Water (Same amount each- I use 4 each!)
1 lb. Smoked Polish Sausage Link (We use Turkey Kielbasa Link!)
1 can (16 oz) Sauerkraut, drained. (Rinse is up to you, we don’t!)
2 cups sliced Fresh Mushrooms
2 cups Potatoes
1 can (10 oz.) condensed Cream of Mushroom, undiluted
1 + 1/4 cups chopped Onions
3 large Carrots, sliced
3 Celery ribs, chopped
2 Tablespoons white vinegar
2 teaspoons Dried Dill Weed
1 teaspoon Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Pepper

In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients cover and cook on low for 6 hours, or until vegetables are tender. Can be cooked in Oven, as well.
*You can alter, lessen, amount of Vegis- If desired.
