Gravied Mushrooms

1T Butter
1 – 2 pkg. Mushrooms
Onions, cut up or sliced thin
Brown Gravy Pkt.
Milk or Sour Cream

Sautee Mushrooms and Onions in Butter. Add in Gravy Pkt. Lightly heat. Pour in Milk, whisking til desired thickness. Eat Alone. Over Rice. Over Mashed Potatoes. Over Chicken/Steak/Pork. Over Hash Browns. Endless Possibilities.

tTt’s Peppered Vegi Saute

2T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3T Teriyaki
1 Frozen Bag Brussel Sprouts
3 Med. Onions
1 8 oz. Pkg Mushrooms
Up to 1T Course Black Pepper

Heat Oil. Add in Vegis. Cook some. Add in Teriyaki, cook down. Eat.
I served over Chinese Spiced Chicken and Rice:
Place 1c Rice into Butter Flavored Baking Dish, add in 1c Water, (Optional to add 1 crushed Broth Cube to Rice/Water), lay over Frozen Chicken, Sprinkle nicely with Chinese 5 Spice, cover with Foil. Bake til Chicken is done.

Low Cal Low Carb

2 pkg. Mushrooms
1 Beef Broth Cube + 1c Water
2T White Wine
3T Balsamic Vinegar
2T Grated Parmesan Cheese (Store shelf kind)
1/4tsp Garlic Powder
1tsp Dried Chives
1/8tsp Thyme
1/2tsp Dried Parsley
1/8tsp Sea Salt

Nicely Butter Crock. Add all, cook on low 4 hours.

Unstuffed Stuffed Shrooms (Unstuffed Mushrooms)

2 pkg. Mushrooms
4oz. Cream Cheese (Add later)
1c Beef Broth
1T Butter
Heaping 1T of Chives, minced
3/4 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp Garlic
1/8 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Fresh Cracked Pepper
1/4c Parmesan Cheese (Store Shelf Kind)
1 tsp Anchovie Paste *YES! Add this. Nice salty taste!
Can of Clam (Drained) + 1 tsp Juice from Can

Butter Flavor Cooking Spray Crock. Add all, EXCEPT, cream cheese. Cook on low, stirring, for about 5 hours. Last hour add in cream cheese.

*If you do not like the texture of clam, mince.
Also, I have yet to try, but, I suppose you could add meat, like 1/4lb. Turkey Sausage. I am making a version of this with roast/steak. Recipe coming soon.
