Sauerkraut Kielbasa Roast N Vegis over tTt’s Mashed Taters

1 TO 1.5  (14-oz.) can Sauerkraut, undrained (I used 1 can!)
2 lb. Pork Roast (Bone In)
Few good cracks of Black Pepper
1/4tsp Sea Salt
1/2 TO 1 lb. Turkey Kielbasa (I used 1/2), quarter long way/slice
1.5c Carrot, sliced
2 Celery Stalks, sliced
2c Mushrooms, sliced large
1 Onion
1/4tsp Caraway Seeds
1 LARGE Dried Bay Leaf
1/2tsp Brown Sugar
1/2c Water
1 Beef Broth Cube

Can Large Biscuits (Fridge kind)

Butter crock pot. Lay in 1/2 Kraut. Add Roast. Add Salt and Pepper to it. Add rest. Cook on HIGH 1 hour. Then, cook on low 7 hours. (Be sure to stir in that Bay Leaf, to get flavor around). Remove Roast, shred and remove bones. Mix back in.
Now, preheat oven according to Biscuits. Top Roast N Vegis with Biscuits (I keep in my Crock, as it’s Oven Safe).  Cook, uncovered, according to Biscuits instructions (Mine goes LONGER than instructions). Serve over Mashed Taters (Recipe Below).

7-10 Potatoes, skin on
Few Beef Broth Cubes (For Boiling Potatoes)
1T Dried Parsley
Good shakes of Garlic Powder
About 1-2tsp Butter Powder
Sour Cream, to consistency desired

Boil Potatoes in Water with a few Beef Broth Cubes (Crushed). Remove Potatoes, mash. Add in Seasons. Then, Sour Cream, to consistency desired (Make thick, to hold above Roast and Juices!!!)

OPTIONS: TRY ABOVE AS IS! It’s AMAZING!!! But, for you ampers… You can:
Do 1c+1/4c Water + 1 Beef Broth Cube + One Turkey Gravy Pkt And/OR 1 can Cream of Mushroom (Undiluted).

Porkie Krauts (Pork N Kraut Cabbage Rolls)

Pork N Kraut Cabbage Roll 1


Low/No Carb Lower Calories
THESE WERE AMAZING! Kid who hates kraut and horseradish, LOVED these!

Meat Mixture:
1.25lb Pork (Chow Mein Style-Chunky Ground Kind)
1c canned Sauerkraut, slight drain can
1/2 Onion
3/4c Swiss Cheese, shredded
1T Dijon Mustard
1/4tsp Sea Salt
1/4tsp Pepper
1/4+1/8tsp Caraway Seeds
1T grated Parmesan Cheese (Store Shelf Kind)
1tsp Dried Parsley
1/4tsp Brown Sugar
1/4tsp Garlic Powder
1/2c Mushrooms, chopped

Cabbage Head

1c Water + 1 crushed Beef Broth Cube
1 Dried Bay Leaf

Blend sauerkraut, onion, and cheese. Add to bowl. Add in rest of meat mixture. Get those hands dirty and mix well. Boil cabbage head til leaves are just flexible enough to wrap. Form logs with meat mixture and wrap in cabbage leaves. Place into Butter Flavored Cooking Sprayed oven pan. Using hot water I boiled cabbage, I mixed 1c water and 1 crushed beef broth cube. Pour around cabbage rolls. Place Bay Leaf in center of pan IN the broth. Bake 450, COVERED, for 45-55min. Serve each roll with 1-2tsp of Special Sauce below. SERIOUS, TRY THE SAUCE. Makes 8-10 rolls worth.
*(Or egg rolls, like wontons.)

Horseradish Sauce ( A MUST! ):
2T Horseradish Sauce*
3T Light Mayo
1tsp Ground Mustard Powder
Couple grinds of Black Pepper
Good shake of Garlic Powder
1/8tsp Sugar *Optional
Pinch Sea Salt
1.5 TO 2T Red Wine Vinegar
1/4c Sour Cream
Premake and place in fridge.

GerMAN Chili (Kielbasa N Kraut Chili)

1lb Turkey Kielbasa, sliced
6 Baked Bacon Slices + 1T Bacon Grease
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1 can Sauerkraut, well drained
1 Beef Broth Cube + 1c Water
2 cans Basil Oregano Tomatoes, entire cans
1 can Tomato Soup, undiluted
1tsp Paprika
1T Sugar
1/4tsp Pepper
1can Kidney Beans, drained
1 can Chili Beans, UNdrained
1/8tsp Sea Salt
1/4tsp Garlic Powder
1tsp Cumin
2.5T Chili Powder
1 Onion
1 Green Pepper
1c Mushrooms, chopped
1 Potato, diced

Bake bacon 425 for about 12minutes (No need to preheat oven), mince. Save 1T bacon grease. Butter Flavor Cooking Spray Crock. Add all ingredients. Cook on low 6-8 hours, til potatoes are soft. Eat. Optional: Serve each bowl with 1/4 TEASPOON Prepped Horseradish Sauce (Only 1/4tsp- It goes a long way!)

Man-sagna (German Lasagna)

1T Butter
3/4 lb. Turkey Kielbasa Link (Or Turkey Smoked Sausage Link), quarter lengthwise, then cut
10-15oz canned Sauerkraut, drained (Add 1/2 tsp Juice)
2 can Cream of Mushroom *(In pinch 1can works)
1.5c Mushrooms, sliced or chopped
2c Potatoes, dices
1 small Onion, chopped
1/4tsp Mustard Powder
1/8tsp Caraway Seeds
1/8tsp Garlic Powder
1/8tsp Fresh Cracked Pepper
1tsp Brown Sugar

1 can Crescent Rolls
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Grated Parmesan Cheese (Store shelf kind)

In crockpot add all ingredients, except crescent rolls, moz. cheese, and parm. cheese. Cook on low til potatoes are nice and tender. In small rectangle pan, spread HALF the crescents onto the bottom. Top with crock mixture, top with moz. cheese, sprinkle good amount parm. cheese. Repeat. Top, top with Fresh Cracked pepper. Bake. Mine takes longer than crescent instructions, by about 15minutes. I use glass pan and bake til bottom crescents brown nicely. Broil top, if needed.
