9-10 Chicken Legs
1/2 bottle Herb and Garlic Marinade
1T Parmesan Cheese (Store shelf kind)
1/2T Garlic and Cheese Seasoning/Topping (Got ours at Fleet Farm)
1/8tsp Sea Salt
Melted Butter (Optional- I skip)
In plastic bag, add marinade, parm., salt, and seasoning. Marinade 6 hours. Cook on grill. When done. Brush lightly with butter (Optional, I skip).
Charcoal Grilling Tip: Make a pile of charcoal in the middle of the grill. Once hot/lit, cook the chicken on the outer ring (Along edge), with meaty side inward. If using a charcoal that gives off a lot of smoke, use half crushed pop can to mount open. These allow you control when cooking. Move chicken inward for more heat, outward for less. Flip minimal, open minimal, as well.
