Chili Con CarCass (Chili Con Carne)

Chili Con Carne


1.5 UP TO 2 lb. Stew Meat/Roast
1 lb. Lean Ground Beef, browned
1 28oz can Whole Peeled Tomatoes, drained
1c Water + 1 Beef Broth Cube
1c Tomato Sauce
5T Tomato Paste
1can Kidney Beans, drained
1can Pinto Beans, drained
1.5tsp Molasses
1 Red Pepper
1 Poblano
1.25c Red Onion
1 Garlic Clove
1.5tsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/2tsp Paprika
1tsp Dried Oregano
1/2tsp Cumin
1.5T Chili Powder
1/2tsp Garlic Powder
1/4tsp Chipotle Powder
1/4 Ground Pepper
1T jarred Jalapenos, minced
1/4tsp + 1/8tsp Sea Salt
Rice (Separately cooked in Beef or Chicken Broth)

Butter Flavor Cooking Spray Crock. Add all, except rice. Cook on LOW 7-8 hours. Last 30min-1hr, remove roast and cut up. Add back to crock. Cook rest of time. Cook rice (Separately) in Beef or Chicken Broth. Serve 1part rice with 2parts chili. Optional (I skipped): Sour Cream, Cheese, Chips.
