Jack O Lantern Chili (Sausage and Chicken Pumpkin Chili)

1 lb. Sweet Italian TURKEY Sausage, remove casings and brown
1/2 lb. Chicken Breast
1.5c canned 100% Pure Pumpkin
1 can Stewed Tomatoes, entire can
1 can Reg. Petite Diced Tomatoes, entire can
1 can Tomato Soup
1 can Chili Beans, undrained
1 can Black Beans, drained
1 can Cannellini Beans, drained
1.5c Sweet Potato, diced
1 med. Carrot, shredded
1 Onion
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1/2 TO 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice (I used 1tsp)
1 tsp Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Curry
1/4 tsp Cumin
1/8 tsp Coriander
Small Spoon of Whip Cream per Bowl

Cook sausage. Add all ingredients to Butter Flavored Cooking Sprayed crock pot. Cook on low 6 hours, allowing all the flavors to blend. Serve each bowl with a small spoon of whip cream. Yes! Whip Cream! The stuff you top Pumpkin Pie with… Trust me!
