2 pkg. Mushrooms
4oz. Cream Cheese (Add later)
1c Beef Broth
Heaping 1T of Chives, minced
3/4 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp Garlic
1/8 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Fresh Cracked Pepper
1/4c Parmesan Cheese (Store Shelf Kind)
1 tsp Anchovie Paste *YES! Add this. Nice salty taste!
Can of Clam (Drained) + 1 tsp Juice from Can
Butter Flavor Cooking Spray Crock. Add all, EXCEPT, cream cheese. Cook on low, stirring, for about 5 hours. Last hour add in cream cheese.
*If you do not like the texture of clam, mince.
Also, I have yet to try, but, I suppose you could add meat, like 1/4lb. Turkey Sausage. I am making a version of this with roast/steak. Recipe coming soon.
