I got this Recipe, as many, from my Mom, actually. Yum!
Frozen bread loaf
Garlic Powder
Pinch of Sea Salt (Optional)
Cover dough and allow to thaw, you can beat down, too. If needed. Heat deep fryer oil. Round off about a spoonful. Drop into fryer, if it sinks then comes up nicely, it’s hot enough. Fry to brown all around. Place onto plate with paper towel. QUICKLY sprinkle with Garlic Powder and a pinch of salt, if desired. My Mom used Garlic Salt instead, with Garlic Powder, I believe.
