Toscana O’Man-Ah! Soup – Nice kick to it!


1 lb Jennie-O Breakfast TURKEY Sausage Mild
6 slices of Turkey Bacon
5 medium russet potatoes
2 c Kale, chopped n packed
1 c Heavy Whipping Cream
4c Chicken Broth Cubes
4c Water
1 large Onion
4 cloves of Garlic, minced
2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 tsp Course Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
Crisp bacon, then COOK SAUSAGE in leftover grease. Spray Crockpot with Butter Flavored Cooking Spray. Add all ingredients EXCEPT heavy whipping cream. Cook 4-6 hours. Add in heavy whipping cream and heat til warm. Serve.

Keto? I up the amount of Kale. Skip Potatoes and add: Carrots, 1/4c White Beans (Drained well), and 1c Rutabaga (Cubed)… (Other Vegis are Optional)
